Women’s health guide: Everything you should know

Every year March 8th marks the celebration of International Women’s Day. Today’s woman is multi-faceted, cares closely for both her family and her ambitions. It is not easy to manage so many things all day long, but they without any complaints or excuses carry everything out with perfection. Due to this “family and career over everything” attitude of theirs, they often fall prey to some lifestyle diseases that are very dangerous and can shake their whole life. Therefore, women’s health issues are rapidly on the rise, partially as a result of a never-ending race against the clock and partly as a result of pure ignorance.

So, this International Women’s day, let’s honour their efforts, essence and also take a step ahead to protect them from any potential health hazards. Women deserve everything. Their healthy lifestyle should be the topmost priority besides anything. Now as we know, women are more prone to various diseases and actively need to take preventive measures at the right time, it is our responsibility to keep a right check on it. Here are some most pressing health issues that can be looked after, this can be considered as one perfect women’s day gift.

Cervical Cancer

  • India accounts for almost one-third of cervical cancer mortality. The Human Papillomavirus, which accounts for 70% of all cases, is one of the most common causes of this malignancy, which starts in the cervix.
  • To lower the incidence of cervical cancer, it is critical to raise awareness about the importance of personal hygiene and start sexual engagement at a later age.

Heart disease
